From initial assessment to post-integration support, SolutionsATI is hyper-focused on driving every action to meet your integration’s business goals.

  1. Planning: We start the system integration by working with key stakeholders to confirm scope, schedule and resource commitment, and success criteria for target business outcomes.

    Scope includes the subject and boundary systems, required integrations, processes to be deployed, impacted user groups, architectural decisions made and pending, infrastructure/security considerations, and known constraints, dependencies, risks and planned mitigation.

    Schedule includes the approach and timeline, phases and interim milestones and associated deliverables, and major events.

    Resource commitment includes teams/workstreams/partners, roles and required participation, and escalation paths.

    We begin with the end in mind, set expectations early and begin simple and continuous communication from the outset – transparency, accountability, no surprises.

  2. Requirements & Prototyping: We demonstrate relevant capabilities of the new system to give context, then conduct stakeholder design sessions, regular checkpoints, and prototype reviews to ensure requirements are prioritized and groomed in alignment with business outcomes.

  3. Build & Test: We bring cross-functional teams together to design and build E2E solutions to meet the business requirements, with all required configuration, customization and integration.  Testing typically includes unit, integration and user acceptance testing with the latter serving to begin super-user and user group training.  Requirements/Design/Build/Test can be iterative and agile, depending on the Customer environment.

  4. Go-Live: We are on-site with you for Go-Live to support readiness reviews and executive approvals, and conduct final business validation tests with immediate resolution of any issues in order to drive an on-time release.

  5. Normalization & Support: We pre-coordinate a normalization window with specific exit criteria, engaging with business stakeholders to bring prioritized engineering support to rapidly resolve any defects and issues that may emerge before handing off to steady state operations.

Deployment includes establishing governance standards, developing the PMO Charter and communications plan, identifying resource needs and performance measures, incorporating the right amount of repeatable delivery processes to fit your culture, and improving the competencies of your staff through training and mentoring. Emphasis is on the PMO providing an organizational entity focused on improving the management of your portfolio.

Operating a PMO
